Fabrizia is the author of Olive, A Global History and the cookbook Coming Home to Sicily: Seasonal Harvests and Cooking at Casa Vecchie. As the successor to the renowned kitchen and garden at the Anna Tasca Lanza Cooking School in rural Sicily, she follows in her mother’s footsteps, instructing cooking lessons on her family’s estate. Her mother, the late Marchesa Ana Tasca Lanza, founded the cooking school in her country home on the family’s Regaleali.
